By using the Romitech TZ website and placing orders, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders & Payment

All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp. Payment is accepted via M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, or bank transfer. Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Installation Services

For CCTV, networking, and IT installation services, a site survey may be required before a final quote is provided. Installation dates are agreed upon via WhatsApp.

Delivery

Delivery times vary by location. We will communicate estimated delivery times via WhatsApp after order confirmation.

Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective or not as described. Installation services are non-refundable once completed. Please contact us via WhatsApp to initiate a return.

Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase.
